How to order

To purchase an item simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you have finished shopping please click on the "My Cart" button at the top of the page. Once this has opened you can amend any selections and change quantities. To complete the order, click the "Checkout" button and you will then be taken to the checkout area where payment can be finalised by entering your details. For items where there are a range of choices or personalisation is required please confirm your selection via the "Additional Info" comments box within the checkout area.

Payment

We only accept payments via Stripe.

Stripe is a safe and secure way to make payments. It accepts all major credit and debit cards. Please make sure all your details are correct.

We do not hold any payment details on record here at Inspire Me Home & Gifts. Please do refer to Stripe’s own Privacy policy using the following link https://stripe.com/au/privacy

Domestic Delivery

Orders over $100 will receive free standard delivery. For all orders below this value a $9.95 flat rate will apply for standard postage and packaging. Australia Post will be used for all orders therefore deliveries are tracked in transit. Please contact us for the relevant tracking number if required. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing and delivery times vary between 3-7 days within Australia. Always double check you have entered all address details correctly at the checkout as we will not be held responsible for any mistakes.

Local pick-up from Ocean Reef is also an option, please await address instructions via email after checkout is complete for collecting your items.

International Delivery

We do not offer international shipping at present. 

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to accept returns but the following points apply-

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and labels attached.
  • Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • All return postage costs are covered by the purchaser.
  • The items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • If all conditions are met then we will happily issue a refund of the purchase price excluding initial delivery charges via the original payment method.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Lost or Damaged items

If you have not received your item within 10 days of ordering and you have not received any notifications that there are any delays with your order then please inform us and we will investigate this further. This can take time though so please be patient and we will keep you informed. If the item received is damaged then please contact us as soon as possible via our email or our contact us page. Photographic evidence may be required.
